Development status: To Be Started means that no work has occured yet. If you have interest in something that is To Be Started, this is a perfect chance for you to get involved in development.
Once development begins, change status to Active Work or In Progress to reflect the level of energy devoted.
Repeatedly posting "when will __ be ready?" for projects To Be Started will earn you no love. I think of car rides with kids asking, "are we there yet?"
