Dual Point is used for refering to the DPFI ( Dual-Point Fuel Injection) motors and ECUs. It is essencialy the next generation of carbs. The fuel is injected with 2 injectors in the common manifold. Which ever cylinder is on the intake stroke sucks the fuel. Fuel separation, bad fuel atomization and delivery are only some of the problems DPFI systems have and those are the primary reasons they deliver less power then their MPFI brothers.

Software for the DPFI ECUs like the PM5/PM9 and P04 is not developed as they are considered useless for power and tuning mods. Consider doing an MPFI swap if you're on the quest for power.
